Why pay if I can already see picks 26–50 for free?: Picks 26–50 are still good — that's why we surface them. Their job is to prove the pipeline works. Pro unlocks the actual top 25 (where the conviction picks live, including the gold/silver/bronze trophies) plus unlimited scanner so you can run intel on any card you find yourself, not just ones we serve up.
Can I cancel anytime?: Yes — Stripe Customer Portal, two clicks. No retention department. If you cancel mid-cycle you keep Pro until the period ends, then drop to Hunter automatically.
What if Pro doesn't pay for itself in 30 days?: If your first 30 days on Pro don't surface at least one $50+ deal you actually buy, email cardwise@cardsearch.ai and we refund you in full and send a sealed Booster Pack on top. We mean it — the unsubscribe from the platform that's supposed to make you money has to be a non-event.
What's the founder rate?: The first 1,000 Pro subscribers lock in $14/mo for life — the same rate stays as long as the subscription stays active. After spot 1,000 the price moves to $24/mo standard. Annual ($199/yr) is open to everyone.
Do you sell credit packs?: No. Credits are earn-only — signup, referrals, monthly active. They unlock retired picks for your Pokédex collection (gamification), not the live top-25 board (that's Pro's job). This keeps the paywall honest: Pro is what you pay for live intel, credits are how you collect.
What's the Truth Bounty?: If you spot a verification error or call out a bad pick we surfaced (and the listing is still live), submit a quality report. Our team reviews it. Verified-correct catches earn raffle entries — monthly drawing for sealed boosters, annual drawing for a $100+ rare card and a free year of Pro. Pro subscribers' catches count 5×.
